Frequently asked questions
Do I pay per module?
No. All 8 modules are included in every plan. You don't pay extra to activate cameras, IoT, or flow automation.
What counts as a "guard"?
Any user with the Guard or Supervisor role in your account. Admin users do not count toward the guard limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on Starter and Professional plans. Business plan includes a dedicated onboarding manager at no additional cost.
Do you offer long-term contracts?
Monthly plans have no contract — cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed annually. We don't require multi-year commitments.
Is Arabic included?
Yes. The platform and mobile apps are available in Arabic and English on all plans at no extra cost.
