We built what the market was missing.
SYAG exists because no existing platform serves the facility security market the right way. Guard software is for security companies, not facility managers. Enterprise PSIM is for airports and banks. There was nothing in between — cloud-native, multi-tenant, covering all six pillars, accessible to mid-market MEA facilities. So we built it.
Why SYAG exists
Gated communities and managed facilities in the Gulf and MEA region represent a massive, underserved security operations market. Thousands of facilities each managing 10–50 security staff, hundreds or thousands of residents and occupants, and a complex mix of cameras, IoT sensors, and physical assets.
Most of these facilities were operating with a combination of disconnected tools or manual processes — not because better options didn't exist globally, but because nothing was built for their context, their pricing expectations, their language, and their regulatory environment.
SYAG was built to fill that gap. A facility-native PSIM SaaS that covers all six security pillars, deploys without infrastructure or integrators, and is designed from the ground up for the MEA market.
SYAG
SYAG is a cloud-native physical security operations platform built specifically for gated communities and managed facilities in the MEA region.

How we build
Built with purpose
We build SYAG for the people who run security operations at the places their communities live, work, and learn — not for the procurement committees of multinational corporations.
No complexity for complexity's sake
Every decision in SYAG — from architecture to pricing to UX — is made with the goal of reducing friction for the facility manager, not adding impressive-sounding features.
MEA-first
SYAG is not a Western product localised for the Gulf. It is designed from first principles for the MEA market — in language, pricing, regulatory awareness, and operational context.
